What is kept
The original photo exactly as your iPhone captured it, with its capture date. Luster keeps it beside the enhanced version.
What is disclosed
That the listing photo was processed with AI for lighting, color and clarity, plus a link to the original.
What AB 723 asks for
California's AB 723 asks that digitally altered listing photos say so and point to the unaltered version. Luster supplies the code and the original; the listing agent stays responsible for the listing.
Questions
Does the link expire?
No. Links aren’t tied to a plan. They stay up unless you ask us to remove the photo.
Who can see it?
Anyone with the link or the QR code. It shows the photo, the capture date and the disclosure, nothing about you or your client.
What does “as delivered” mean?
The listing photo is shown exactly as Luster returned it. Nobody retouched it afterwards.
What if I delete the photo?
Write to support@lusterapp.ai and we will confirm what is removed and when.
